The main objective of the project is to create 48 places of care in the newly created crèche in Toruń, which will enable legal guardians of children up to 3 years of age from the area of Toruń to return to work (17 persons. 15K and 2M) and reconciliation of working and private life of working persons (31 persons. 29K and 2M) – the objective will be achieved by 30.09.2022. The project concerns the type of project no. 1 indicated in the Rules of the Competition, i.e. “Creating new places of care for children up to 3 years, including adapted to the needs of children with disabilities, in existing or newly created forms of care provided for by law”. As part of the project, two substantive tasks are planned: 1. Preparatory work for the start of the crèche; 2. Taking care of the children in the nursery. The applicant intends to achieve the result and prosuktu indicators indicated in Part C.3., i.e.: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities [1 pcs]; Number of childcare facilities established for children up to 3 years of age [48 pcs]; Number of people caring for children up to 3 years supported under the programme [48]; Number of childcare facilities created for children up to 3 years that operate after the end of the project [48]. The project will be attended by: 17 unemployed or economically inactive persons remaining outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or are on parental leave within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code and 31 persons working with care for children under the age of 3.- The project is implemented by a social economy entity.- The project involves the creation or adaptation of childcare facilities for children up to 3 years old to the needs of children with disabilities.
