The main objective of the project is "Increase the number of people from Kujawsko-Pomorskie province with hepatitis B and hepatitis C (increase the number of people assigned annually to treatment by 5 % per annum hepatitis B and by 10 % per annum hepatitis C) for treatment – by a total of 39.850 people. (23.910M 15.940K) – until 30.06.2023.’ The project concerns the implementation of a regional programme developed for specific disease units defined as an important health problem in the region, including activities increasing applications for prophylactic tests including the Programme for the prevention of hepatitis B and C in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. As part of the project, two substantive tasks are planned: 1. Educational activities; 2. Qualification and diagnostic tests including vaccinations. The project plans to implement the following indicators: Number of persons covered by the Health Programme through the ESF [265.551 persons]; Number of health programmes implemented relevant to the health needs of the region, including employers [1 programme]; Number of persons who, thanks to ESF intervention, have volunteered for a preventive survey [39.850 persons]; Number of persons covered by the HBsAG test under the programme [39.850 persons]; Number of subjects tested for anti-HCV antibody testing under the [39.850 subjects] programme; Number of people vaccinated against hepatitis B under the programme [11.950 persons].The project will be attended by 265.551 inhabitants of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The support planned in the project will also be implemented during the afternoon and evening hours and on Saturdays.
