Within the framework of the project, a Family Centre in Pławin will be created, where individualised and comprehensive actions are planned to enable active social inclusion, as well as a return to the labour market based on methods, models, tools of individual, family and environmental social work with mandatory use of social, professional and educational activation instruments. The project will include active inclusion instruments through professional activation (traineeship, activities in the field of vocational key competences, support services), social activation (services supporting local animation, work in a family environment, participation in self-help groups and clubs, training of competences and social skills, specialist guidance, counselling and individual and group support) and social activations of a health nature (psychological, family or psychosocial therapy for families or individuals). The project will provide social services in the local community, if necessary. In connection with the implementation of active inclusion measures, participants will be provided with commuting costs, food costs, the costs of necessary preventive or specialist research. In the first place, social services will be provided, and only then professional activation. The provision of support under the project will be preceded by identification of the needs of the participant and the development of the IPD. As part of the active social inclusion of participants, cultural trips and integration picnics are planned. 10 people will hold an internship in social economy entities. The comprehensive approach offered by the project will increase the chances of its participants to return to social and professional life.
