In order to limit the negative impact of COVID-19, it is necessary to take action to ensure that the inhabitants of Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship are safe, psychological assistance and access to information in the event of an epidemic threat. A particularly important action to be implemented in the project is the construction of a professional helpline and internet clinic, in which people infected with SARS-CoV-2/persons during the quarantine period/awaiting the result of the study/their family, as well as other residents of the region who suffer poorly isolation due to the epidemic threat, will be able to benefit from professional psychological assistance. The project will also take action to ensure access to, among others, food, hygiene, medicines for those in need of such support, and in particular for elderly people, with disabilities, alone (delivery to the address indicated). The articles will be distributed in cooperation with institutions specialising in social activities in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The aid will be directed to people who have not previously received such services and have notified their interest in this type of aid. In addition, the project will build an information and education service for the inhabitants of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, presenting, among others, the current situation in the region due to COVID-19, a map with marked outbreaks, messages, notifications, and a helpline to provide the necessary information to those who need support. Public and social media will be included in information and education activities. The project is addressed to natural persons under the 2014-2020 ROP WK-P and includes persons living or working or studying in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship within the meaning of the Civil Code, and in the case of other entities they have an organisational unit in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.
