Objective: Upskilling and professional qualifications of 3200 adults (including at least 52 % of women) aged 18-65 from Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, reporting on their own initiative the need to improve professional qualifications attested by external certification by the end of 2022. Target group: 3200 people, including at least 52 % of K. UP (formal criteria) are natural persons living (within the meaning of the Civil Code Act) or working or learning in the Kujawsko Pomorskie Voivodeship. Up are adults aged 18-65 who, on their own initiative, wish to acquire, upgrade or supplement their competences, qualifications and skills belonging to disadvantaged groups, i.e. those with the greatest skills gap and who have the greatest needs in accessing education, in particular the low-skilled and those over the age of 50 (also those over the age of 65, regardless of their labour market status, who, on their own initiative, are interested in acquiring, supplementing or improving skills, competences or professional qualifications, provided that they declare their willingness to work after their participation in the project).Tasks:1. Courses leading to obtaining qualifications functioning within the Integrated Qualification Register2. Courses leading to obtaining regulated qualifications (authorisations) issued by public authorities3. Courses leading to the acquisition of competenceResults: a minimum of 70 % of UP (2 240 people), including a minimum of 52 % of women will have qualifications/competences.
