Water Rescue – a new profession as an opportunity for the development of disadvantaged people from Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship

Objective: raising the quall. and compet. of the 915 adult riots of the voivodeship and belonging to the disadvantaged groups on the labour market by obtaining the title. Rescuer in the period 15.10.2020-30.06.2023r.Participants of the project (UP) will be adults aged 18-65, belonging to the disadvantaged groups, i.e. show the largest competency gap in the field of water rescue and have the most. needs in access to education, in particular people with low qualifications and people over 50 years of age. The project is aimed at people who do not run a department. Guest houses, who work, learn or live in the WK-P area. It is assumed that at least 30 % of the UP will be from medium-sized cities, i.e.. Inowrocław, Grudziądz, Włocławek, Nakło over Notecia, Chełmno, Rypin. It is also planned to recruit at least 30 % of UP from podreg.grudziądzki and Włocławski. The project has a complex character, because it includes a large number of UP, as well as a package set of courses, thanks to which UP will gain a new, deficit occupation on the labour market. As part of the project, each UP will take part in 3 courses: Water Rescue, KPP and Motorboat or Fittings. It is planned that the project will be attended by 915 people, of whom at least 70 % after the end of the program will be awarded the title of water rescuer, KKP and helmsman of motors. Persons who acquire the above-mentioned skills and qualifications will be able to be employed or serve in an entity authorised to perform rescue water or be a member of that entity (i.e. WOPR). In addition, the obtained qualif. are additionally rewarded when recruiting to uniformed services (Warsaw, Police, Medical Rescue).Products and results of the project:-L.os. participating in after school. forms of education. in the program: 915-L.os. which have obtained quar. in the framework of extracurricular training.forms of education: 305-L.os. who have acquired knowledge, skills or compet. within the framework of extracurricular education. forms of education: 641All forms of support provided for in the project will comply with the Educational Law and the Regulation.
