The aim of the project is to obtain and supplement knowledge, skills and professional qualifications by 2 550 adults from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The project is aimed at people from disadvantaged groups on the labour market, i.e. who have the largest competency gap and who have the greatest needs in accessing education, in particular low-skilled people, people with disabilities, people over 50 years of age (excluding those engaged in economic activity). As a result of the project activities, support will be provided to 2 550 adults aged 18-65, who, on their own initiative, decide to acquire, upgrade or supplement their competences or qualifications, including at least 350 low-skilled people, 350 people aged 50 and over, 765 people living in middle cities, including cities losing socio-economic functions, and 765 people living, learning or working in the Grudziądz or Włocław sub-region.The implementation of the support will be made on the basis of individually diagnosed demand. The project will provide out-of-school forms of lifelong learning to acquire, improve, supplement knowledge and skills or qualifications: vocational qualification courses and courses for obtaining and supplementing professional knowledge, skills and qualifications. The courses will be conducted in the following topics: training courses for driving techniques (safe driving course and course for privileged drivers and vehicles carrying monetary values), drone operator with VLOS and BLOS privileges, electronic courses, culinary course, operator of cutting machines.Scheduled courses will be carried out in the fields of intelligent specialisations of the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship.The project will be implemented in the period from 01.10.2020 to 30.06.2023.
