The axis of the project is thermomodernisation of Gymnasium No. 3 (currently Primary School No. 5) in Żary, located at ul. Okrai 19. Elements included in the investment: 1. Preparation of the project: 1.1. Elaboration of an energy audit (together with a summary of the factual and ecological effect and an analysis of the fulfilment of formal and substantive permitting criteria), 1.2. Development of functional and operational programme, 1.3. Updated ornithological expertise, 1.4. Development of a feasibility study (including an environmental impact study). 2. Implementation of the project (design and build in the system): 2.1. Preparation of project documentation, 2.2. Construction works. 3. Project supervision: 3.1. Investor supervision, 3.2. Nature surveillance, 3.3. Photovoltaic audit, 3.4. Verification of solutions contained in the design documentation of the sanitary industry in the field of mechanical ventilation with recuperation. 4. Promotion of the project: 4.1. Information board – commemorative. The main goal of the project at product level is the comprehensive thermomodernisation of the building. It results in a headline target at the level of the result of improving the energy efficiency of the building. This objective, in turn, results from the objective of the project at the level of the long-term result, which is to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. It is complemented by further objectives, also resulting from the objective of the main project, i.e. to reduce the cost of operating the building and to improve the thermal comfort of the users of the facility. The main stakeholder groups of the project are: the municipality and its authorities, school, pupils and their families, as well as other users of the school building (teachers, administrative and service staff), residents of the municipality. The result of the project will be to achieve adequate indicators for the activities carried out under the project, which have been defined and characterised (by indicating measurable sizes) in section C of the project application.[...]
