The object of the project is the deep thermomodernisation of the village hall in Tarnów, G. Lubiszyn. The investment includes insulation of external walls and flooring on the ground, replacement of: woodwork, window, re-powered heat source, heating source for air heat pump, installation of: capillary mats, automations to control the c.o. system using ICT, 13 kW photovolt. installation, automatic lighting control, replacement of lighting for LED lighting, mechanical ventilation.
