The beneficiary of the project is the Multi-Specialist Voivodship Hospital in Gorzów Wielkopolski, voivodship. Lubuskie. The origin of the project is closely linked to the Applicant’s health activities in order to meet the needs of healthcare and hospital services in the target area. The main goal of the project is – Changing conventional heat and electricity supply to a cogeneration unit, using an innovative method of control with dynamically variable electricity consumption. The scope of the project includes a comprehensive implementation of the task consisting of installing a gas cogeneration unit with infrastructure. The Beneficiary has planned an investment in the formula APROJECTIVE and Build. The material scope of the project includes the supply and assembly of a cogeneration unit, a four-string steam boiler and the execution of a technological installation for the needs of the hospital. The material scope is the dismantling of one steam and water boiler. In their place, you need to build a gas engine system with accessories, and prepare a space for ice water generators, which will be made in the second stage. The other two boilers (steam and water) shall be introduced into the control and automation system of the new engine system as a back-up protection in the event of a failure of the new system. The products of the project will be: Additional heat generation capacity in high-efficiency cogeneration – 0.87 MWht? Additional electricity generation capacity under high-efficiency cogeneration – 0.80 MWhe? Number of enterprises receiving support (CI 1) – 1 Number of electricity and heat generation units built in cogeneration – 1 piece The recipients of the project will be: patients and staff of the Hospital – all using electricity and heat resources on the premises of the hospital. The CO2 reduction level is 32.6 % CO2 emissions before is 7256 tonnes/year CO2 emissions after 2367 tonnes/year
