The project aims to support 8 health care units from the Lubuskie province to equip them with the necessary medical equipment for intensive care and personal protection and disinfection in the face of the increased demand in this regard caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus outbreak. The implementation of the project is dictated by the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2, announced in Poland since 20 March 2020 and a direct threat to the health and life of residents of Lubuskie Province. Under the project, the following activities are planned: — purchase and transfer free of charge of personal protective and disinfection products to medicinal entities, – purchase and lending for the lifetime of the project of equipment for specialised intensive care medical devices for medicinal entities, – purchase and lending for the lifetime of the project 4 medical ambulances for 2 ambulance stations. The main objective of the project is to support one health protection in limiting the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus in Lubuskie province. Project indicators: — L. medicinal entities supported: 6 pcs — Population covered by improved health services: 1 016 800 persons — L. newly created jobs – Other forms (FTE) – 0 FTE The achievement of the main objective of the project will directly contribute to improving the availability of quality health infrastructure, one of the objectives of the ROP – Lubuskie 2020. The applicant of the project is the Self-Government of War. Lubuskie, who will be responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the project. The infrastructure purchased and the means of protection and disinfection will be transferred to the healthcare providers as follows: — infrastructure – lending for durability, – materials – donation. The detailed scope of support for individual entities has been agreed with the Governor of Lubuskie. The adequacy of purchases and their allocation will be monitored on an ongoing basis in the context of real demand. Implementation period: 24.03.2020
