This project concerns the development of an existing company through the purchase of innovative production machinery and the acquisition of intangible assets. The machines are one of the most modern devices of this type in the world, allowing to optimise the production process in the company and to introduce a new product in the form of an air heat pump in the split system operating on the R290 factor. The unit will be a compact harvester, which in single-family construction will consist of: 1.The only source of heat and hot water. 2. The air-ventilating unit is exhausted via a modular intermediate exchanger. 3. Cold source (air conditioning) in summer. The distribution of heat will be carried out by means of a ventilation system, as is the case with inflated heating systems or by means of a traditional CO installation (heaters, flooring). The use of gravity ventilation (natural method) in the design of the internal unit guarantees safe use of the device filled with propane (R290). The use of a regenerative exchanger working as a heat generator of electricity obtained from the TEG thermocouple directly reduces the electricity consumption of the heat machine in which it was installed. The project will cover the following expenses: —punching machine, 1 pcs. press brake, 1pc. —design software, 1 pcs. The expansion of the machinery park and with it the production capacity will increase the competitiveness of the company on the domestic market, at the same time the Applicant does not exclude the start of export activity. Implementation of the project involves the implementation or purchase and implementation of the results of R & D works. The applicant carried out in his own, which concerned the development of solutions in the field of heat pumps improving energy efficiency and enabling safe and efficient use of the natural refrigerant, which is propane.
