The aim of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the public sector through deep thermomodernisation of buildings (public and municipal utility) in Rawa Mazowiecka Municipality. Uneconomical energy-intensive installations, lack of thermal insulation, poor ventilation result in high heat loss, high energy consumption costs and, as a result, high pollution emissions. For this purpose, it is planned to design and build a deep thermomodernisation of buildings: 1) TSOs in Cables: insulation of the walls, warming of the floor, warming of the roof over the wind cap, warming of the ceiling above the basement, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of the C.O. and C.W.U. installations, installation of photovoltaic installation PV with a power of 11.44 kWp, replacement of lighting with LED; 2) residential municipal building in Rossosze: insulation of external walls, warming of the roof, replacement of the C.O. installation will be made: preparatory work – study, technical documentation, investor supervision, project management and promotion. The project meets the programme objectives and contributes to reducing heat losses and annual energy demand and reducing the cost of energy consumption. The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of public sector infrastructure through deep thermomodernisation of the public building and the residential municipal building in Rawa Mazowiecka Municipality. The project uses and promotes the most efficient and environmentally friendly heating technologies, equipment and installations. The project takes into account the concept of universal design. The implementation of the project will contribute to reducing the degradation of the local environment (CO2 reduction). The project will serve the residents of the Municipality – 8707 persons.
