The direct aim of the project is to develop electronic services in the area of health, to increase their use in the Zgierskie district and to ensure the interoperability of ICT systems. The project will implement 4 on-line A2C and A2B services of maturity – 4 transactions, including: • 3 pieces of A2C e-services of maturity 4 – a transaction enabling the patient to complete the case, i.e.: notification – SMS/e-mail reminder about the date of the medical visit or examination for e-Consent – service consisting of expressing consent in electronic form for access to medical records. about e-Documentation – a service consisting of obtaining medical records by the patient. • 1 e-service type A2B at maturity level 4 – transaction allowing full handling of the external case to the E-Contract Provider – making medical documentation available to another institution. The investment will include: • Modernisation of the ICT network • Purchase and installation of computer equipment (servers and matrix) • System and tool software • Hospital system software • Implementation of EDM, portal and e-services • Training • Project management and project promotion The project is addressed directly to residents of the Zgierskie district and employees, including hospital management staff, other health care entities and indirectly to the inhabitants of the Łódź Voivodeship and all interested parties.
