Under Measure XII.1, support will be aimed at ensuring adequate organisational and staffing capacity of institutions related to the implementation of the ROP WŁ. The quality of human resources is of particular importance and therefore support in the ROP will be directed towards maintaining and strengthening the staff of the staff involved in the management and implementation of the programme, including through the financing of their salaries and the improvement of professional qualifications. The action will also provide technical and organisational facilities, including: adequate office and storage space and appropriate equipment for work stations, including, but not limited to, furniture, computer and multimedia equipment.
