The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the ACPOL ADAM KUŚ company through the implementation by the company of the results of R & D work in the form of innovative technology for the production of polyethylene regranulate UOR® (Uncoloured Odorless Regranulate). The production of polyethylene regranulate characterised by a homogeneous colour (without the addition of artificial pigments), neutral odour and high strength properties, will be based on an innovative production technology using a new method of treatment of polyethylene waste, as well as modern waste sorting technology for convergent colours. Key features of the product produced by the project: —Regranulate at room temperature – 1 insensible (AST-3 palpable) -Sap of regranule at 60 °C on a 6-stage scale-3 perceptible but not disturbing (AST – 5 very disturbing) -The regranulate at 80 °C on a 6-step scale-4 disturbing (AST – 6 unacceptable) -Content of artificial pigments – 0 g/kg of regranulate (AST 10 g/kg regranulate) -Barwa regranule without pigments -9010 RAL (AST – RAL 9016) -Elongation at break – 55 % (AST – 52 %) – Impact tensile strength 120,25KJ/m² (AST – 117.35 KJ/m²) – Shore hardness, Scale D-65.54 (AST – 63.19) It should also be noted that artificial pigments eliminated from the production process of the new regranule increase the price of the regranule currently available, so their elimination will reduce the price of the product when offering it better quality. Tasks: the objective of the project will be achieved through investment in fixed assets. The task is described in detail in paragraph. D1 grant application. Target groups: the recipients of the product will be present and new customers of the Applicant on both the Polish and foreign markets. The target group is made up of producers of various types of plastic products. Project indicators are listed and described in Sections C.II and C.III.
