The aim of the project (P) is to fix the quality of the natural environment in the Municipality of Serniki by replacing street lighting with energ. As part of P, works will be carried out consisting of reducing installed power of luminaires (axis) thanks to the implementation of low-carbon technologies, i.e. LED-type sources: dismantling of an existing and inefficient lighting system (disassembly of an existing system); installation of effective axles. (mounting of LED-type luminaires in the amount of 542 pcs; installation of tubular booms and steel structures for overhead line fittings on the boom; installation of wires to the axles, fuse boxes, insulated cable connectors, reactive power compensation systems and anti-circuit protection. In addition, P presupposes the implementation of a light flux control system and monitoring with the creation of a dispatching centre (CD) and promotional activities related to the mini. energy consumption and reduction of energy intensity. P will have a positive impact on increasing the quality of the installation’s use and lowering the costs associated with energy consumption and maintenance. As a result of the implementation of P, there will be a significant redefinition of existing capacity of 70.3 % (before the implementation of P, the installed capacity of the system at 79.1 kW, after implementation of P: 23,34 kW). P is also beneficial in terms of achieving the environmental objectives of reducing air pollution and increasing the natural attractiveness of the municipality’s area. This project is consistent with the ‘PGN for Serniki Municipality’, which aims to improve air quality to limit and target levels, including by reducing emissions through the exchange of street lighting with energosz. P assumes an annual reduction in e.p. by 621.67 MWh (-64 %),177.61 tCO2/year and a reduction of other emissions.P assumes the creation of a CD enabling continuous monitoring of the system’s operation including electricity consumption (final energy consumption), monitoring will also include analysis of invoices from e.e. suppliers.
