The aim of the project is to increase the level of employment among 50 parents/carers taking care of children aged up to 3 years from the city of Chełm and the Chełm district between 01.09.2020 and 28.02.2023 by creating 50 new places of care for children under 3 years of age. The objective of the project will contribute to increasing the chances of carers of children to remain in employment or employment by enabling work and private life to be combined. The project is aimed at 50 parents/guardians (48K and 2M) of 50 children up to 3 years old from the Lublin Voivodeship – the city of Chełm and the district of Chełm within the meaning of the provisions of the CC. These are mostly people aged 20 to 40 with upper secondary, post-secondary or tertiary education. In the vast majority of their role in society, the target group will be women in ca. 90 %. The planned support in the project is directed to: — unemployed or inactive persons outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years or persons with disabilities, including those who interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or on parental leave within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974; — persons working, caring for children up to the age of 3.
