The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in 2 g. (Objective FOR SZK.) providing vocational training in ZSZO,ZSP, increasing the employability of 210 students (110K, 100 M) of the schools covered by the project (CEL FOR UCZ.) and improving the competences of 12 teachers (8K, 4M) (CEL FOR NAUCZ.) of the schools covered by the project until 30.08.2023. The project will include: 1. Student internships for a total of 105 persons, 2. Trainings improving competences and qualifications for students of ZSZO,ZSPs that give a lot of sense to employment. 3. Postgraduate studies and training of vocational teachers to the extent necessary to effectively promote classes 4. Additional teaching and compensatory classes and developing interests 5. Career counselling 6. Retrofitting of the workshop of professional objects: a) ZSZO:pracownia hairdressing, hospitality, gastronomic, gardening, b)ZSP: 1. IT studio for databases and programming 2. CNC numerically controlled machine shop 3. The result of the project, in accordance with the problems diagnosed in schools, will be to raise students in the most desirable areas on the labour market, to improve the qualifications of professional teachers and to increase the participation of potential employers in the educational process and to equip the MA with the necessary equipment and teaching aids.
