Reduction of low emissions by replacing the heating device with a central heating installation in a multi-family building at ul. Daszyński 1 in Wyszków

The object of the project is the replacement of the heating device and the installation of the central heating unit in the building at ul. Daszyński 1 in Wyszków. The scope of the project includes the following tasks: 1. Study of Feasibility Study. 2. Thermomodernisation and installation of a gas boiler (including: construction of a water supply system, installation of C.O. and boiler rooms, dismantling works). 3. Investor supervision. 4. Promotion of the project. The implementation of the above-mentioned tasks will aim at achieving the main objective of reducing air pollutant emissions in the area of Wyszków Municipality by improving the heating efficiency of the building at ul. Daszyński 1 in Wyszków. The target group of the project is residents of the supported building, all residents of Wyszków Municipality, the municipality itself as an area, together with its environmental resources, and the operator of the facility – WTBS Sp. z o.o. As a result of the project and the replacement of local coal furnaces for a gas boiler, a significant reduction in CO2 emissions will be achieved, i.e. by at least 30 % compared to the current installation (i.e. 72.22 % according to the calculation of the ecological effect in the energy audit). Also according to the audit, the building needs for non-renewable primary energy for heating, ventilation, cooling, hot water preparation will be 133,5 kWh/(m² x year). The project will be carried out in the area of Wyszków Municipality, which is part of areas with up to 300,000 inhabitants and which are characterised by exceedances of the PM10 limit. The investment in question will be revitalised and results directly from the provisions of the “Local Revitalisation Programme of the Municipality of Wyszków for the period 2018-2023”. The subject of the project also implements the investment measures adopted in the “Low-carbon Economy Plan for the Municipality of Wyszków”. The intended works do not require obtaining a building permit and notification of works. The employees of the Municipal Office in Wyszków will be responsible for the correct implementation of the project.
