The project is located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in Wołomin County, in the north-eastern part of the Warsaw agglomeration in Wołomin and Radzymin communes. Currently, the Voivodeship 635 road starts in the centre of Radzymin, then passes under the Radzymin ring road along the S8 expressway, without connecting to it, towards the village of Ciemne. Then, after passing through the village of Czarna, the north-east part of Wołomina is headed and ends at the intersection with the provincial road no. 634. The new section of DW 635 will be implemented as part of a connection between the existing DW635 and the planned S8 expressway (Marek bypass) at the site of the Wołomin junction. The beginning of the change of the road will be in Czarna (behind the bridge over the Czarna River going towards Radzymin) and the end of the turn to the Wołomin junction in the vicinity of Kozłówek (the area of the fingerboard area). The entire section of the road runs along the valley of the Czarna river, crossing the local elevation north of the buildings of Zastruże (Ukaźne). The section in question runs mostly through agricultural land and land use with self-seeded areas and to a small extent through forest areas. The object of the investment is the construction of a new section of the voivodship road no. 635, which will be carried out as part of the link between the existing DW635 and the planned S8 expressway (the Marek bypass) at the site of the ‘Wołomin’ junction. This investment includes the construction of a new road following a new footprint, together with the accompanying infrastructure associated with the road and the reconstruction of the conflicting and conflicting infrastructure. In addition, the project will carry out investor supervision, project promotion and feasibility study.
