The subject matter of the project is:1 purchase of 7 new EZT electric traction units in a four-section version, intended for the operation of agglomeration passenger services within and outside urban urban agglomerations. The purchase price of rolling stock will include: provision of repair service during the first life of the purchased rolling stock, for a period of 5 years from the date of signature of the final acceptance protocol of each ETD; the granting of a guarantee for the ETC for a period of 60 months from the date of signature of the final acceptance protocol for each ETC; licensing of software and technical documentation; training of the employees indicated by the Ordering Party. The rolling stock will be adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility. Vehicles will be equipped with ramp-type devices and automatic lifts allowing persons with reduced mobility, such as wheelchair users, to enter and exit. Vehicles will also be adapted for the carriage of bicycles. The technical solutions adopted make it possible to meet environmental requirements, to exploit the opportunities offered by their track and network infrastructure and to ensure travel comfort in line with travellers’ expectations and European standards for regional transport. All vehicles will meet the requirements of compliance with the TSI.On the day of technical acceptance, EODs will hold a certificate of technical fitness of the railway vehicle issued by the receiving commissioner authorised by the Operator designated by the Ordering Carrier.EZT will also have prepared documentation of the DSU maintenance system in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation.
