The project covers the construction of a technical hall on the site of the closed tracks with two repair channels, a full-train wash and a warehouse and social office part.Technical data obiektu:Kubatura approx. 55 200 m3Building area approx. 5 020 m2Usable area approx. 5 460 m2The object will use approx. 80 workers using workshops, warehouses and social offices, including: about 20 people per day from train crews, 20 people from companies servicing PESA, NEVAG, 20 people maintaining equipment, track infrastructure, warehouse managers and 20 office workers. Furthermore, the scope of the project includes the purchase of equipment and equipment enabling the implementation of the tasks planned in the project. These include: track lathe, bridge crane, laser system for measuring and controlling the wear of rolling stock wheels, sand filling station, rail vehicle lift, train de-icing system with glycol protection, railroad vehicle, collapse. The project takes into account solutions contributing to the implementation of the principle of sustainable development and protection and improvement of the quality of the natural environment, e.g. through the use of appropriate thermal insulation and the construction of a closed-circuit wash for washing rolling stock. It is also planned to build drainage of the track system to the planned retention tank. Water from potentially polluted surfaces will be treated in the sedimenter and in the separator. The construction of the technical facilities will be carried out in the formula to design and build by the contractor selected as part of an open tender. The design phase will be based on the PFU and will include obtaining the necessary arrangements, opinions and permits, including construction and development of complete design and execution documentation. Vehicles in the field of P1P3 inspections are maintained by vehicle manufacturers, the tools necessary for this purpose are provided by service.
