The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in the district of Krakow, as well as to increase the employment rate, especially among the most vulnerable on the labour market, i.e. people over 50 years of age long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, the low-skilled, women and under the conditions laid down in the SZOOP unemployment. Men who are not qualified for any of the above mentioned groups. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by project participants at the level of: a) persons over 50 years old, people with low qualifications, long-term unemployed, persons with disabilities, women – at least 44.3 %, b) under the conditions laid down in the SZOOP of unemployed men who have not been qualified in any of the above groups – at least – 60,4 %. The project will support persons aged 30 and over registered in the PLO (in the chapter of the Employment Promotion Act (...)) and belonging to at least one of the following groups: POI. 50 years old, long unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled, women. Within the framework of the project, for each of the participants, the presentation of the specific activation of the incl. will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the UPPK will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act (...). As part of the project, participants will be covered by job placement services and individually dedicated career guidance services. The activities set out in the project are aimed primarily at acquiring qualifications, shaping the skills (including interpersonal) of participants and their acquisition of specific professional qualifications, as well as acquiring, changing or supplementing professional qualifications.
