The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in the district of Krakow, as well as to increase the employment rate especially among the most vulnerable on the labour market, i.e. people over 50 years of age long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, the low-skilled and women. The main result of the project will be the start of employment by project participants at the level of: and persons over 50 years old, the low-skilled, the long-term unemployed, persons with disabilities, women at the level of at least 44.3, who are under the conditions laid down in the SZOOP of unemployed men who have not been included in any of the above groups of at least 60.4. The project will support persons aged 30 years and over registered in the act on employment promotion and belonging to at least one of the following groups: POI. 50 years old, long unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled, women. Within the framework of the project, for each of the participants, the presentation of the specific activation of the incl. will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the UPPK will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act. As part of the project, participants will be covered by job placement services and individually dedicated career guidance services. The activities set out in the project are aimed primarily at acquiring qualifications, shaping the skills of interpersonal participants and their acquisition of professional qualifications, as well as acquiring, changing or supplementing professional qualifications. In addition, the potential of those aged 30 and over will be exploited for the development of the local enterprise and the activity of the insects.
