The main objective of the project is to prevent social exclusion and poverty and to support the family through actions involving individualised and comprehensive support of 30 children 16dz,14ch, including 3 children with disabilities 1dz,2ch, 7 children 4dz,3ch with special educational needs, 30 children 16dz. 14ch from dysfunctional families, 12 children 6dz. 6ch from families receiving social assistance benefits and their parents, i.e. 25 people,20 K,5 M, by setting up a day support facility in Olesno, organising classes adapted to the diagnosed needs of children, and developing key competences by 30.09.2023. The overarching objective is to support dysfunctional families in the proper performance of caring responsibilities. Implementation of the project will allow for the creation of an effective system of child and family care, conducive to its proper development. Parents will acquire skills in performing caring roles in order to improve parenting skills. Support is targeted at 25 families experiencing difficulties in fulfilling caring functions, i.e. up to 30 children 16dz,14ch aged 618, including 3 persons 1dz,2ch with disabilities and up to 25 parents 20 K, 5 M. The support is also directed to 1 newly created specialised care institution in the municipality of Olesno. The tasks in the project will be carried out from 01.10.2020 to 30.09.2023. 1. Establishment of a facility. 2. The day-to-day functioning of the specialised care facility and the implementation of activities for children and training for parents. RESULTS: 1. Number of places of provision of family support and foster care services created in the programme after the end of the project: 15. 2. Number of places supported by the programme to provide social services existing after the end of the project: 15.
