The project consists of reclamation of the degraded area after the military, by unveiling partially demolished during World War II, as well as devastated objects in subsequent years, i.e. bastions I, II and III, together with curtains, capons, buildings, earth forms of gate spurs, communication routes for the functions of public recreational, leisure and sports areas for the inhabitants of Krakow and tourists. The first element of the project will be the removal of trees that are self-seeded and growing on the walls of individual covered fortresses. As part of the project, earth works related to the unveiling of the walls of individual objects will be carried out, i.e. Bastions I, II and III, two caponiers and fragments of the wall constituting curtains and braid spurs. It is possible that further parts of the buildings will be found during the earthworks, which is why archaeological works must be carried out. Earthworks will also include deepening the moat in order to reach its original level. It will be necessary to compact the bottom of the moat, both slopes of the moat and to protect them from landslides. Due to the high moisture of the site, it will be necessary to drain the site in order to protect the preserved walls against future dampness. The walls should be subjected to conservation work by filling the missing fragments, grouting and protecting against destruction, in addition, the fragments of the wall must be reconstructed to level their level. Electrical installations shall be carried out which include terrain lighting for primary lighting and illumination of individual construction works. As part of the construction works, the park will also be equipped with information boards, tiflography, small architecture and marking of educational, observational and natural paths. The project will be a park with a permanent ruin, an area of 6.9959 ha, open to visitors.
