The project includes thermomodernisation of a public utility building with a school and pre-school part in Borki Wielkie, 8 Młyńska Street, on plot 681/61 and 393/68 area of Borka Wielkie. In the building there are: Public Primary School in Borki Wielkie, Public Kindergarten in Borki Wielkie, branch of Oleska Public Library in Borki Wielkie and Teacher’s House (currently communal apartments – ineligible part). The building consists of several segments with a varied number of above-ground floors, partially basement, with a partially attic. Construction of the traditional building – exterior walls made of brick, roof of wooden structure, insulated with wool, covered with tile, reeds of the reinforced concrete gym, covered with pavement. As the building is currently characterised by low thermal insulation, this project plans to carry out deep thermal renovation of the building, including modernisation of the central heating system, modernisation of the hot water system, insulation of the building, replacement of window and door joinery, use of photovoltaics, green wall, energy-saving lighting, energy management system. The implementation of the project results from an energy audit for the public sector, which carried out a detailed analysis of potential solutions in terms of energy efficiency, as well as the implementation and financial possibilities – as a result of which the optimal option was chosen – which is the subject of the proposal. As part of the thermomodernisation of the building of the Public Primary School in Borki Wielkie, it is planned to: 1) modernisation of heat sources 1 pcs; 2) the useful floor area of the building undergoing thermal modernisation of 1600.02 m²; 3) energy modernisation of buildings 1 pcs; 4) additional renewable heat generation capacity 0.16 MWt
