The subject of the partnership project, for which the Leader is the Municipality of Kluczbork, and the Partner District Keyborski is a deep comprehensive energy modernisation of educational buildings, public utility – i.e. the building of the Public Primary School No. 2 in Kluczbork and the School Complex No. 2 of the Centre for Continuing Education in Kluczbork. Objects within the scope of the project are located in the area of Keybork, g. Kluczbork, m. Kluczbork, on plots e.g. 112, 186, 187/2 k.m.5. The property in question is protected by conservation protection – the building PSP No 2 is included in the register of monuments in Kluczbork, whereas the ZS No 2 CKU building is covered by the protection laid down in the local zoning plan for Kluczbork. The scope of the work is defined in the energy audits prepared separately for each of the facilities, and the design document (PSP No 2) and will include: PSP No. 2 construction and thermal works related to: replacement of window and door joinery, insulation of interior ceiling, warming of roofs of lower parts of the object, replacement of lighting fixtures for LED, installation of photovoltaic installation, installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, modernisation of heating network, installation of BMS energy management system, execution of green wall. ZS Nr 2 CKU thermal works related to: warming the walls of the gym building, warming the roof above the gym, replacing the roof cover on the school building, warming up the roof in the roof, installing two ventilation units with heat recovery, in the gym. In addition, Pow. Keyborski plans to implement a thermal and electrical energy management system in the gym building and install a renewable energy source in the form of a PV photovoltaic installation with a peak power of 10kWp.
