The project was developed in partnership with Krapkowicki Centrum Health Sp. z o.o. and NZOZ SAMED in Krapkowice. The project is addressed to residents within the meaning of the KC and/or working and/or learners in the Opole Voivodeship, with the place of provision of health services will be p. krapkowicki, Prudnicki and Grubczycki. The need for the project results from the demographic situation and the increase in depopulation in the Opole voivodship. Increasing access to high-quality health services (quality equipment and qualified staff) for the care of pregnant women and young children and education in the broad sense can encourage young parents to make an early decision to enlarge their family – which can reverse the unfavourable demographic statistics of our region and will affect the safe course of pregnancy in the first stage of pregnancy. The tasks planned in the project have this goal. The project foresees the carrying out of prenatal studies for 1900 women under 35 years of life, mobile perinatal care support as part of a birth school and/or lactation clinic, an extended community midwife service, including for women after multiple pregnancy, and early postpartum rehabilitation. DOD., a total of 200 children up to 2 years of age will receive support from psychomotor, nutrition, psychological research. The parents will also be provided with mobile instructions for rehabilitation at home and specialist counselling. Training for medical staff (20 persons) is also planned. The project will contribute to achieving the main objective of enabling access to high-quality health services for pregnant women and young children, thus giving them a chance for a safe course of pregnancy, childbirth without complications and prolonging and improving the quality of life of their children, living as effectively as possible without congenital diseases – also in adult life (until old age).
