The subject matter of the project is: 1) extending the offer of pre-school centres to include additional activities (including, where necessary, extension of their working time): —in the field of education and development of key competences – mathematical activities “Coding on the carpet”, – in the field of education and development of the universal skills necessary for the labour market – artistic activities, motor activity, plastic and technical, environmental, etc., equalising the chances in terms of identified deficits – speech therapies, sensory integration, compensatory, etc., 2) adapting and retrofitting the existing pre-school education infrastructure to the needs of pre-school children by purchasing: — equipment necessary for the implementation of the project, -necessary materials and teaching aids, -equipment of the sensory integration room, 3) improvement of the skills, competences and qualifications of teachers of pre-school education centres, through participation in postgraduate studies, trainings and courses: — to work with preschool children in the use of methods and organizational forms conducive to the formation and development of key competences, – universal skills necessary on the labour market, – to compensate for identified deficits, including in particular with children with special educational needs, and in the field of cooperation between teachers and parents, including dealing with difficult situations. The lack of high-quality educational establishments in the municipality of Biała causes a low level of education for residents and thus a low level of professional qualifications, which have a direct impact on the standard of living. In order to prevent these social patterns from being duplicated, it is necessary to create the best possible conditions for development in pre-school education, creating awareness of the important role played by education and the benefits it brings.
