This project is part of the implementation of the long-term development strategy of Szczuczyn Municipality. The project aims to create a business infrastructure in the form of the Local Entrepreneurship Incubator in Szczuczyn. The scope of the work includes 4 task groups: 1. Development of technical documentation necessary to obtain a building permit (project implemented in the formula design build), 2. Construction of an office-administrative building and a production hall building for the LIP with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development, 3. Investor supervision for the proper implementation of the project, 4. LIP equipment to provide services in accordance with the LIP Operation Plan. The investment will be located in the City of Szczuczyn, in the municipal-rural commune of Szczuczyn, Grajewski district, Podlaskie Voivodeship, on parcels with registration numbers: 969/8, 969/23, 969/24 and 969/34. As a result of the project, it will be possible to support the development of SMEs through active actions aimed at ensuring the best possible conditions for local entrepreneurs. With the creation of the Incubator, the necessary infrastructure to be used according to the diagnosed and actual demand will be made available. Entrepreneurs will also receive substantive support in carrying out their activities. The LIP offer will include new services that have not yet been available on the local market (rental of office/service and production space (incubation), conference/training/business space rental, advisory services, training and accompanying services). Project entitled The construction of the Local Entrepreneurship Incubator in the City of Szczuczyn will take place between 30 September 2020 and 30.09.2022. The total value of the Project is PLN 7 902 101.70, the total value of the eligible costs is PLN 6 093 565.20, the amount of the co-financing is PLN 4 999 770.23, the own contribution is PLN 1 093 794.97.
