The aim of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the Michałowo Municipality after the construction of photovoltaic micro-installations and heat pumps for local energy supply. The project corresponds to the type of operation defined in the Rules of the Competition, i.e. Investments in the construction of new or increasing the capacity of RES electricity and heat generation units (biomass, biogas, wind, sunlight, water and Earth) together with connection to the distribution and transmission network for own use. The project consists of the construction of 8 PV installations for the production of electricity based on solar energy and 2 heat pumps for the production of heat for the benefit of the buildings of the Michałowo Municipality organizational units, including public utilities owned by the Municipality of Michałowo, on the basis of documentation prepared by the Contractor. The installation of RES installations with different power has been designed depending on the individual needs and conditions of the buildings included in the municipal resources: — Michałów City Office – 35 kWp panels, – Sokole Local Product Centre – 15 kWp panels, 40 kWp pump, – Jałówka Village Light – 6 kWp panels, – Nowy Wola Village Light – 13 kWp panels – Michałowo hydrofornia – 32,5 panels kWp, – hydrophore in Rybaki – panels with a power of 40 kWp, – Wastewater Treatment Plant in Michałów – panels with a power of 35 kWp, – Light in Juszkowa Grod – panels with a power of 5.4 kWp, heat pump with a capacity of 10.94 kWp. Ultimately, each individual installation should cover, depending on technical conditions, up to 100 % of the demand for electrical and thermal power, meeting the assumption of CO2 reduction of 47.48 % min., as well as the use of electricity and heat produced at a level of up to 100 % for own needs appropriate to the existing technical conditions for installation of the installation. Planned date of implementation of the project: from 26/03/2019 to 31.12.2020
