The municipality of Dobrzyniewo Duże (rural commune) intends to implement the project consisting of granting grants to residents for the supply and installation of RES micro-installations on residential buildings in the municipality of Dobrzyniewo Duże. The main objective of the project is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by building 75 micro-installations (solar collectors, photovoltaic panels up to 5 kW) using renewable energy sources in households in the municipality of Dobrzyniewo Duże. 75 micro-installations in the municipality of Dobrzyniewo Duże will be installed as part of the project. It is assumed that a minimum of 39 % of all installations will consist of so-called hybrid installations, which means that at least 29 residential buildings will be installed simultaneously: photovoltaic installation and installation of solar collectors. The project will be implemented in the period of: Q1 2021 — 2nd quarter 2022 The eligible value of the project is PLN 1 896 588.00, of which 65 % is a grant. The total capacity of installed devices under the project will be 175,2 kWp for photovoltaic installations and 113.52 kW for solar collectors. As a result of the project, the annual production of electricity from newly built RES installations (photovoltaics) is planned to amount to approximately 166.44 MWhe and the annual production of heat from newly built RES installations (solar) will amount to approximately 62.14 MWht. The improvement in air quality will be achieved by avoiding emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere as a result of the replacement of an energy source covering the needs of the designated residential buildings in the municipality of Dobrzyniewo Duże. The project envisages an annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from the project of more than 156.27 tonnes of CO2 equivalent. The project will have a positive impact on the protection of the environment and human health, resulting in an ecological effect in the form of a reduction of: CO2, SO2, Nox, PM 2.5 and PM 10.
