The implementation of this project results from the provisions of the Local Revitalisation Programme, which received a positive opinion from the MA ROP PP 2014-2020. The Local Programme for the Revitalisation of the Municipality of Łapy for the years 2017-2023 was adopted by Council Resolution No XXXVI/305/17 of 2017-08-31 amending the resolution on the adoption of the Local Programme for the Revitalisation of the Municipality of Lapa for the years 2017-2023. This project is included under number 2 Strengthening the system of support and active participation of elderly and disabled people in the revitalised area. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. Preparation of technical documentation 2. Construction of small architecture facilities along with the curing of the site and its development 3. Investor supervision (ineligible cost) 4. Promotion of the project (ineligible cost) Thanks to the implementation of the project, new social and economic functions will be assigned to the area covered by the project. At present, the area is disorderly and unofficially a park, in addition to informal meetings of people who are thrown out of the social margin and thus a cluster of negative social phenomena and pathologies associated with margin meetings. As a result of the implementation of the project, the following indicators will be achieved: 1. Product – Area of revitalisation – 0.53 ha – Open space created or rehabilitated in urban areas – 5290 m² – Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 1 piece — Number of projects that financed the cost of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities – 1 — Project share for the area covered by the revitalisation programme – 0.44 % – Population living in areas covered by integrated urban development strategies – 22 680 people
