The project involves equipping and adapting the IT studio and school classroom for 36 primary school students with special educational needs, including 36 students with disabilities at the Janusz Korczak Special School and Education Centre in Sokółka, whose leading body is the Sokólski District – with modern teaching aids and ICT tools necessary for the implementation of curricula and adaptation of rooms for classroom equipment. (e.g. laptops, interactive monitor with software, office software, anti-virus software, etc., modern teaching aids and ICT tools). They are necessary for: implementation of curricula and equal opportunities for students with special educational needs, including disability, and to improve digital competences of 16 teachers employed at the Sokółka SOSW in the school year 2020/2021. The activities will be carried out in the framework of the integration of actors: The district of Sokólski and the SOSW in S-ce are entities from different sectors pursuing a common objective, which is part of the objective of the LSR. The projects financed by the project will complement the activities carried out before the start of the project. The scale of the activities carried out before the start of the project (funds for their implementation) will not be reduced compared to the scale of the activities (outputs) carried out by the school during the 12 months preceding the submission of the application for funding (average per month).
