The aim of the project is to modernise e-services in the field of health at the Applicant and make them available to patients of the facility. The following e-services are planned to be modernised: E-Information, E-Registration, Electronic Patient Record, Electronic Supervisory Platform. The main goal of the project is to implement an effective IT system in the Hospital allowing to provide e-services to residents of Podkarpackie voivodeship. The specific objective is to complement and modernise hardware and software infrastructure in order to improve the quality of the e-services provided in accordance with the current and coming into force legislation. The subject of the project is the execution of modernisation and adaptation works, as well as the purchase of computer and server equipment necessary to modernise the currently provided e-services and enable the implementation of e-services in the area of the Regional EDM Repository. The project aims to maintain the integration of the Applicant’s field system with the PSIM/RCIM system, in accordance with the requirements of the competition. The project does not concern the maintenance or restoration of existing IT systems. The substantive scope of the project includes: 1. Modernisation of equipment resources, 2. Purchase of field software 3. Acquisition of intangible assets (Datastream; Broker; Authentication module; Communication module; Web portal, Operating System (2 pcs); Data backup and archiving software; Virtualisation software), 4. Purchase of services (Integration with RCIM, pre-implementation analysis, implementation, data migration, station assistance, installation and configuration of equipment), 5. Technical documentation.
