Main objective of the project: Improvement of air quality in the commune of Besko – reduction of dust emissions into the atmosphere by building a passive house for the purpose of the Daily House for Disabled Persons. Specific objectives: — promotion of modern solutions in construction – promotion of attitudes related to energy saving, – introduction of demonstration and demonstration functions of the facility – possibility of sightseeing, organising information visits, promotion of energy-efficient solutions, – increasing responsibility for the state of the environment and air pollution. The project covers construction works related to the construction of a passive house dedicated to the Daily House for Disabled Persons. The scope of the work will include: use of shading devices and cooling systems, connection of heat source with RES, temperature control, monitoring of thermal energy consumption, application of RES for 29.12 kW electricity production, energy saving lighting, charging point for electric vehicles. Project products: Number of RES power generation units built 1 pcs Number of buildings constructed taking into account passive building standards -1 pcs Additional renewable electricity generation capacity -0.02 MWe. Result indicators: Electricity production from newly built RES installations – 26.20 MWhe/year.
