The project concerns the construction of a passive kindergarten building in Wola Zarczycka. The project plans to carry out: variable robots, construction works, heat supply system – gas boiler with heat pumps, photovoltaic installation, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, energy saving LED lighting, sanitary installations with tank, terrain lighting, vehicle charging station, small architecture, trees and shading bushes. Other works necessary for the building to meet the standards of a passive building, which will also perform demonstration functions. In addition, the project plans to purchase furniture, kitchen equipment, necessary equipment – toys, teaching aids, playground – toys and make a bicycle path. The building is characterised by a heated area of 1709,00 m², with a volume of 9211,00 m³. The building has a final thermal energy demand of 22532.50 kWh/year, which, with an area of 1709,00 m², results in a factor Ek (final energy demand for heating and hot water for the building) of: Ek=13,18 [kWh/m²*year]. The amount of energy produced from the photovoltaic installation shall be: 34941,98 kWh/year. The amount of energy produced from the boiler room (heat pump and gas boiler) shall be: 22532.50 kWh/year. The energy produced from heat pumps shall be: 10337.29 kWh/year and covers the heat demand of the building in 45.88 %. Coverage of the building’s energy needs from RES is 64.26 %. The primary energy demand for the entire building is 70444.998 kWh/year, which, with a heated area of 1709,00 m², results in a coefficient of primary energy demand Ep for the building as required by WT for 2019: for CO, CWU, Ep= 21.31 kWh/m²*year, for lighting and other energy Ep= 19.91 kWh/m²*year, total for building Ep= 41.22 kWh/m²*year, The project aims to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the Municipality.
