The project will be implemented by the municipality of Cisna. As part of the project, one rescue and firefighter vehicle will be purchased for rescue operations and disaster relief by the TSO unit in Cisna. Main objective: Improving the safety of residents of the municipality of Cisna by providing the Voluntary Fire Service Unit in Cisna with specialised equipment to facilitate rescue operations and the recovery of the consequences of disasters and major accidents. Specific objectives: — increase the security of the population of the surrounding villages; — increase in road safety; —increase in the quality and speed of sustained rescue operations and the recovery of the consequences of disasters or major accidents; — increase the security of TSO teams during rescue operations; — improve the image of the municipality/locality and the TSO unit. The activities planned under the project will include: preparation of application documentation, purchase of special fire protection vehicle. The objectives set are measurable and time-bound. Their achievement is realistic.In addition, the project is coherent and complementary with the objectives of the strategy papers at country and regional level and local policy.
