The main objective of the project is to improve the transport accessibility of the Podkarpackie voivodship and to increase the level of communication of the transport system of the region.The project consists of the construction of a new section of voivodeship road No 865, which is the bypass of the city of Narol.The planned project provides for the construction of a new section of the voivodship road with a length of 2.91 km, – the extension of other public roads to the necessary extent, – the construction of 7 intersections, including: 2 small roundabouts, 2 junctions scanned with left-turns, 1 canalised junction, 2 ordinary intersections, – construction of pavements and pedestrian crossings in the area of the rond and intersections with district road No 1639R and municipal road No 105181R, – construction of a cycle path with the possibility of walking and crossings and crossings for pedestrians and cyclists in the area of the intersection with municipal road No 105181R, construction/reconstruction of individual and public exits, – construction of a bridge structure on the Tanew Class A river, − construction of street lighting in the area of intersections, – reconstruction of collisions with terrain weapon networks (network: teletechnical, gas pipeline, electricity, sanitation, drainage and water supply), construction and reconstruction of drainage (reconstruction of open ditches and construction of rainwater and sewerage, triangular and sloping drainage, construction of culverts), -strengthening outlets of drainage elements, inlets and outlets of culverts,-construction of access roads to the bridge, construction of additional roadway, providing communication access to the plots, – demolition of colliding elements with the planned investment (passways, roadways, terrain), removal of open ditches, cutting of trees and shrubs conflicting with the road and its elements, the economy of existing greenery and the compensatory planting of trees, vertical and horizontal markings and road safety elements, construction/moving of the chapel, ecological passageways and guidance fencing.
