The subject of the project is the preparation of investment sites of the area. 5.31 ha in the area of the Pomeranian Investment Centre, in the immediate vicinity of the developing Port of Gdansk, including the DCT deep-water terminal. Implementation of the project will contribute to creating a good image of Gdańsk as a place friendly to investors, with a particular focus on SMEs. The project responds to the challenge identified in the Programme, which is to improve the quality of the investment offer and the system of incentives to invest in the region. As a result, 3 SMEs are expected to be located in the armed area. The total expenditure of the Project (including the land contribution in kind) amounts to PLN 23 375 135.11 gross, while the eligible expenditure of the project (including land in the eligible amount) is PLN 11 680 901.71 net. The funding was set at PLN 4 088 315.60. The remaining expenditure will be covered by private funds.
