Project aimed at 55 unemployed persons (excluding those before the age of 30) who are in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market, i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled; persons unemployed (excluding those before the age of 30) not belonging to any of the above categories (unemployed men aged 30-49); persons employed on short-term contracts and working under civil law contracts whose monthly earnings do not exceed the minimum wage for the month preceding the date of joining the project; immigrants. Project implemented in 9 districts of voivodship. Specific objectives: • activism.professional at least 44.3 % participate in the project.(UP)-the most vulnerable people, including immigrants,remigrants,persons aged 50 years and above,women,partners with long-term unemployment,persons with low qualifications to ISCED level 3;60.4 % for non-members of the above groups • increase the employability of UP. Actions: • UP diagnosis and preparation for all IPDs; • Individuals and group classes for all UPs in the field of moving around the labour market, shaping compets.relevant to finding employment, attitudes that strengthen motivation; • raising qualif.occupation.,compet.or skill.(55 UP), school.language (22 UP) • support in the form of internships (60 people).An important effect is changing the attitudes of UP so that they learn to move independently on the labour market. Sustainability of achievements will be ensured thanks to individual approach and assistance as a response to specific problems.UPs will receive childcare/person assistance,returns,covering of research and training,lawyer,activism.support of the caregiver,mentor and special.ds.organiz.positive.Each UP will receive an offer of Individual Support and comprehensive activation.-edukac.including the necessary forms of assistance.
