Project aimed at 60 people unemployed (excluding those before the age of 30) who are in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market (60 % of the UP will be people aged 50 and over, women, people with a part-timer, long-term unemployed, low-qualified persons); persons unemployed (excluding those before the age of 30) not belonging to any of the categories indicated above (unemployed men 30-49 years old); persons employed on short-term contracts and working under civil law contracts, whose monthly earnings do not exceed the amount of minimum pay;immigrants. Project implemented in 9 districts of woj.pom. Specific objectives: • activism.professional at least 45 % participate in the project.(UP)-the most vulnerable people, including immigrants,remigrants,persons aged 50 years and above,women,persons with incomplete, long-term unemployment, low-qualification to ISCED level 3;60 % for non-members of the above groups • increase the employability of UP. Actions: • UP diagnosis and preparation for all IPDs; • individual and group activities for all UPs in the field of moving around the labour market, shaping compets.relevant to finding employment, attitudes that strengthen motivation; • raising qualif.job.,compet.or skill.(55 UP), language school (22 UP) • support in the form of internships for about 20 UP An important effect is changing attitudes of the UP so that they learn to move independently on the labour market. Sustainability of achievements will be ensured thanks to individual approach and assistance as a response to specific problems.UP otrzymają:styp.szkol.na workshops,care for children/persons,reimbursements,reimbursements,recovery of the costs of research and unpaid internship,lawyer,activities.,support of the caregiver,mentor and special.ds.organisation of difficulties.Each UP will receive an offer of individual and comprehensive activation.- educational activity including such forms of assistance that will be identified by him as necessary in order to improve the situation on the labour market.
