The project will consist of implementing comprehensive activation solutions for 80 people (45K/35M) unemployed, in particular the most vulnerable people on the labour market, i.e. people 50 years old and older, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people from the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The aim of the project is the comprehensive professional activation of unemployed people, their return to the labour market, the acquisition of appropriate professional qualifications through the following activities: — creation of an individual action plan (IPD) of persons participating in the project – Participation in career guidance and job mediation and, in accordance with the IPD, proposing an appropriate form of occupational activation to increase the chances of taking up employment – organisation of vocational courses/post-graduate studies, – referral to the employer concerned – intervention work. Effective activation and response and effective implementation of human resources is designed to ensure that final beneficiaries are activated and ready to take up employment in line with the needs of the local labour market.
