The aim of the project is to reduce risk factors in the working environment resulting from contact with a patient infected or potentially infected with the Sars-Cov-2 virus, by securing workers, among others, of medicinal entities and units of the State Emergency Medical System (PSRM) with the equipment and equipment most essential for the effective fight against the COVID-19 outbreak, as referred to in Annex 1 to the Standards for Implementation of Support in the field of Action 5.4. Staff protection will also improve patient safety by reducing the risk of infection during the facility. The objective will be achieved by awarding grants under three modules: Module I is intended for medicinal entities providing hospital treatment services for persons suspected or confirmed with SARS-CoV-2 virus. Module II is dedicated to emergency medical teams, and Module III is intended to support medicinal entities, associations, foundations, private entrepreneurs providing psychiatric treatment and addiction therapy. Entities that have an agreement with the National Health Fund and fulfil the other conditions detailed in the Rules of Grants may apply for the grant. The applicant may receive a maximum of 3 grants, i.e. one per module, per application. Grants will be distributed in the form of a closed competition. The project will contribute to the specific objective of the 2014-2020 ROP PP. It will reduce the risk factors in the working environment associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection and increase the safety of grant workers and recipients. The scope of the project has been agreed with the Voivodeship of Pomorskie and the Voivodship Consultant for infectious diseases.
