The aim of the project is to create 80 new permanent micro-enterprises created by residents of Malbork and Szumskie districts, belonging to areas with high unemployment rates in the voivodship during the 25-month period. The project is implemented in partnership with 4 institutions in the above-mentioned districts in order to provide support to the needs of the participants and the specificities of the area from which they come. The following activities are planned under the project: 1. Acceptance of project applications (max 8 turns) 2. Formal selection of candidates 3. Recruitment interview with a career counselor. 4. Verification of training needs 5. Selection of up to 120 6 participants for the project. Submission of applications for bridging and grant support. 7. Evaluation of requests for bridging and grant support. 8. Award of 80 grants 9. The award of 80 financial bridging support to the 10th business support training, 11st payment and monitoring of the support granted. An additional result of the project will be the creation of at least 10 new jobs in newly created micro-enterprises.
