The main objective of the project is the active inclusion and employability of people and families at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including persons with disabilities, through the implementation of a comprehensive socio-occupational activation programme. The programme will cover 242 people: 148 women and 94 men living in the Wejherowski District, including at least 37 (22 women and 15 men) persons with disabilities. The project’s tasks are: implementation of individual support paths for each project participant, support for motivation for change, psychosocial and professional reintegration, psychological and therapeutic assistance for addicts, social activation, professional activation, improvement of competences and qualifications, development of digital and entrepreneurial competences, assistants and support for people with disabilities. The aim and tasks of the project will be achieved through: motivational workshops, thematic and animation meetings, career guidance (including diagnosis and IPD), psychological and pedagogical, coaching, training, therapy, training, vocational courses, workshops, job placements, specialist counselling, internships and apprenticeships, courses and life resource training. The results of the project are: employment performance rates of 34 % (including for people with disabilities 12 %), social at 34 %; number of persons: employed – 83 who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences – 97, jobseekers – 44. The project will be implemented in partnership with non-governmental organisations, which will contribute to achieving all the results of the project and in cooperation with employers and entrepreneurs.
