The project “Director activity III” is a continuation of the projects “Directoration Activity” (RPPM.06.01.02-22-0005/15-01) and “Directoration Activity II” (RPPM.06.01.02-22-0079/17), implemented under the ZPT for MOF Słupska. The projects significantly contribute to the achievement of the objectives set under the ZPT for the MOF. The project targets 110 people (49K, 61M) affected and at risk of poverty and exclusion, inactive and unemployed, benefiting from ILOR assistance in Słupsk, including up to 28 people with disabilities (25 %). The aim of the project is the professional activity of participants/cheques, it is assumed that at least 25 % of students, i.e. 28 people after the end of participation in the project will take up employment. The project will be implemented from XII 2019 to VI 2023. The project will be implemented by ILOR in Słupsk, activities will be undertaken on the basis of partnership with Stow. Horizon, hosted by the CIS, where 110 participants/cheques will be reintegrated into a social and professional reintegration based on practical workshops and social activities. The CIS will also carry out activation tasks aimed at all participants/cheques who, in addition to direct support of the profession advisor, will be able to count on, among other things, obtaining a referral to a course or training leading to the acquisition of qualifications or competences. The idea of volunteering will be promoted among the participants/cheques. The ILOR will coordinate all activities and engage in community activation based on the volunteering of participants/cheques. All activities will be tailored to the needs and capabilities of participants (including those with disabilities) and carried out on the basis of counter-social relations between ILOR and the project teacher. Throughout the duration of the project, the participant will be covered by intensive and personalised social work provided by the work. Social based on the arrangements set out in the social contract. It is assumed that the average duration of the contract will be 16 months. The project is complementary with POPŻ.
