The main objective of the project is to increase the level of social activity by increasing the number of permanent social services and facilitating access to high-quality social services by implementing a comprehensive programme of their development in the wejherow district. The programme will cover 126 people at risk of poverty or exclusion from society. (71K and 55M). The specific objectives of the project are: development of deinstitutional., spersonal. forms of support and modern social services, raising the level of activity. socio-professional., integration and support of families, organ. inter-room classes, help psychologist.-therapist. for addicts, development of social support places, increase of care capacity of families. The objectives of the project are the answer to the local diagnosis of the need for social services. Social Activation. Seniors will be implemented through: establishment of Senior Club – meeting place for older people (short-term stay) and organisation of a wide range of support (depending on UP needs), including: counseling psychologist., legal, therapist. and economist., sports activities, he acted. health-promoting or workshops on the use of modern technologies. PROFILAKT activities, focusing on services dedicated to families at risk, exclude the project, including: counseling psychologist., legal, therapist. and economist., consulting profession., sports activities for children and adolescents, or real. marathon therapists. The project results include: — 82 supported permanent public service places, – 126 persons covered by the Social Services, – - 15 persons seeking work, attending education or school, gain qualification, work after completion. — 6 permanent benefit sites supported by the Proj. family will be implemented in partnership with the NGO, which will contribute to achieving all the results of the project.
